Responsibilities

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science-family journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and manage $5M+ research budgets
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
- Present findings at global AI summits (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of translating research into production AI systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Experience securing federal/state research grants ($1M+ preferred)
