Your Mission
As the AI Strategy Architect, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our AI product development, ensuring alignment with our long-term 2026 vision.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy roadmap, specifically targeting breakthroughs achievable by 2026.
- Architect scalable infrastructure for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of autonomous agents and predictive analytics tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum AI integration) to integrate them into our product pipeline.
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible innovation.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), or Product Strategy.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, Airflow).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes product launches in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of Neural Network architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
