Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 8+ years in strategic leadership roles at Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI systems generating $50M+ in revenue or efficiency gains
- Expertise in emerging AI domains: generative AI, quantum computing integration, neuromorphic computing, or federated learning
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI regulatory landscape and ethical frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI concepts to C-suite executives, regulators, and non-technical stakeholders
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ professionals while maintaining innovation velocity
