Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives in regulated industries (FinTech/Healthcare preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in AI strategy or adjacent fields
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field
