Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to detailed blueprints and work orders.
- Operate assembly line machinery and hand tools to ensure high production standards.
- Perform quality control inspections to identify and report defects or irregularities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload materials from conveyor belts and storage racks safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and measuring materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
