Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end AI infrastructure strategy for the organization.
- Lead a team of world-class data scientists and ML engineers to deploy scalable machine learning models.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI adoption and innovation across product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Business) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong mathematical background in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
