Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, specifically targeting key milestones for the year 2026.
- AI Leadership: Oversee the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions to drive business growth.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering and data science team across diverse disciplines.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core products.
- Culture & Ethics: Foster a culture of innovation while establishing strict ethical guidelines for AI usage and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or C-suite role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
