You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, guiding a team of elite engineers and researchers.
Key Objectives for the 2026 Roadmap:

- Oversee the transition from current LLM models to next-generation AGI architectures.
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the company's long-term AI strategy, specifically targeting breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- R&D Oversight: Direct the research and development of proprietary AI models, ensuring they are robust, secure, and commercially viable.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with the C-suite to translate technical roadmap goals into business value and KPIs.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier talent in machine learning, data science, and AI ethics.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and neural networks to integrate into future product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or strategic leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and MLOps.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and executive presence skills.
