Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with the company's long-term goals and market position.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Oversee the Research and Development department to ensure continuous innovation and the creation of proprietary technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
- Talent Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class technology team capable of executing the 2026 vision.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and establish frameworks to mitigate them effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies, specifically relevant to the year 2026 and beyond.
