Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Establish and communicate a clear, long-term vision for technology, aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of high-scale, distributed systems and AI integrations.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and evaluate their potential to disrupt our industry.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Risk Management: Ensure data security, compliance, and operational resilience across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO/VP Engineering role.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and scalable backend systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data science methodologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term architectural vision.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
