Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hyperlocal engagement strategies across Los Angeles neighborhoods
- Cultivate partnerships with community leaders, nonprofits, and local businesses
- Organize and manage grassroots events with 100+ attendees
- Design data-driven outreach campaigns using CRM tools
- Represent the brand at 5+ community events monthly
- Analyze neighborhood demographics to tailor outreach approaches
- Lead volunteer coordination for community improvement projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years in community outreach, event planning, or public relations
- Deep knowledge of LA's diverse neighborhoods and cultural landscape
- Proven success in building strategic community partnerships
- Expertise in social media management for local engagement
- Ability to speak Spanish or another dominant LA language
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
