Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm welcome and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Information Support: Answer general inquiries about store hours, policies, and product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using technology and touchscreen interfaces.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality and a strong desire to learn.
