Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional support to meet their needs.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, organization, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Customer Inquiries: Answer questions regarding products, services, and store policies efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Feedback Collection: Communicate customer feedback to management to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
