Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required for walk-in applicants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts, including weekends.
