Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling returns.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising to showcase products effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
