Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations by collaborating with team leads and other departments.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and transaction histories.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
