Responsibilities

- Process daily transactions and orders accurately using our POS and inventory systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professional conflict resolution skills.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are preferred.
