Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store or contact us.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- A friendly, positive, and energetic attitude.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
