Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
