Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately enter customer data and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
