- Resolve Issues: Listen to customer concerns and provide effective, empathetic solutions to resolve complaints or technical issues.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges using our internal CRM systems.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, feedback, and account information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex escalations.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to answer questions confidently.
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring customer issues and relay suggestions to management to help improve our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Residency: Must be a resident of North Carolina (Local jobs only).
- Technical Requirements: Must have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 30 WPM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Attitude: A positive, patient attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
