Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure comprehensive solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to meet departmental revenue targets.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while adhering to company policies and scripts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation is required as this is an in-office position.
