Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain an appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Detroit location.
