Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high store standards and cleanliness.
- Upsell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
- Manage inventory stock levels and perform basic stock replenishment duties.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
