Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
