Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and targets.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
