Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering detailed product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
