Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote/Hybrid options available for administrative roles)
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, providing product recommendations and answering inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments efficiently.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing to shoppers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory calculations.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
