Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries regarding product features and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and dress code standards.
Qualifications
