Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve issues using CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer problems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference solutions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or BPO setting
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a plus
