Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the sales floor's cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with floor managers to restock inventory and ensure product availability.
- Handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy and adhere to all cash-handling policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues immediately to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling currency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
