Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client portfolios to maximize retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives
- Facilitate product training sessions and optimize client utilization of our platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve customer experience
- Analyze usage data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to product leadership
- Drive adoption of new features through targeted communication and training initiatives
- Represent client needs in product roadmap discussions and quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing tech roles
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with aptitude for process optimization
