Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations efficiently and safely.
- Use the mobile app to scan packages and update delivery status in real-time.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling all inquiries and directions with courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Adhere to strict delivery time windows to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a reliable smartphone with a data plan for app access.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency required for communication.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
