Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation in warehouse settings
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintaining organized workspaces
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet daily production targets
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in cross-functional projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Avenue facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
