Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Assist customers and clients with inquiries and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and operational targets.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure high standards are met.
- Load and unload materials accurately, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors regarding tasks and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is highly valued.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions if applicable.
- Basic math skills for inventory and time tracking purposes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not always required but preferred).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
