Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using various material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and correctly.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
