Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehousing and logistics team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory to ensure accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and performance goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
