Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label products accurately for domestic and international delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documentation.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento facility.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
