Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Complete daily assignments efficiently with attention to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
- Document work progress and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adapt to changing job site conditions and client requirements

Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites within 20 miles of downtown Cleveland
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or industrial settings
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic smartphone proficiency for time tracking and payment processing
- Flexible availability including weekends and early morning shifts
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
