Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations, inventory management, or light assembly tasks
- Assist with material handling, packing, and shipping operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Operate basic equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Document tasks and report any equipment issues to supervisors
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards consistently
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID and work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our downtown San Antonio location
- Basic math and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Willingness to undergo paid training program
