Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and perform stock counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
