Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for all customers.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
