Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory safely.
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to strict time schedules.
- Report damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory and package handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
