Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Inspect products for damage and maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license (if operating company vehicles)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee facility
