Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in our WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
