Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouses
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for major retailers
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete digital inventory tracking via handheld scanners
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6am-4pm)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
