Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Load/unload trucks with efficiency and precision
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily targets
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to South Side facilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to pass background check
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
- Flexibility to work 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts
