Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle count procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely deliveries
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support loading/unloading of trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Stamina for 8+ hour shifts on concrete floors
- Reliable transportation to Lee Highway facility
