Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Scanning and labeling inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
