Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for distribution using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, condition, and proper documentation.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets and quality quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
